Crazy pricing, and not enough woof in the audio. For that price you can get excellent options. An Edified 2000DB costs 300 USD and is a stunner.
To potential buyers : don’t expect anything from the streaming or wifi. The app sucks big time. Do buy it for the dac/amp and speaker combo – You won’t find a better set up better than these at this price. Superb sound with a unworthy app …
$2200 are you kidding? My JBL’s are $150, I’m happy and I have enough money left to buy a used car!!
I hope it is that good… i am very impressed with the kef ls 50… but my audition experience with LS 50 wireless was not great… however i want to give it a Second audition…
I don’t recommend, only one year warranty on active elements. My stopped working after 4 months cause of active elements. Definitely don’t recommend. One year warranty for this money, just lol…
I’m keen to try the LS50W as I can imagine they sound phenomenal. What puts me off is the 1 year warranty, and my previous experience with the KEF X300A (wireless), which also sounded absolutely fantastic, but randomly broke down and stopped working after 2 years. I now have two £800 paperweights.
I’m amazed KEF can punt these at £2000.
Hilarious!
