The KEF Egg looks odd, cost a lot, but features ridiculously good sound. Is it worth its $499 asking price? Read: http://9to5mac.com/2016/04/22/review-kef-egg-wireless-digital-music-system/

They look cheap & nasty
just got it today wow its good
did you get a chance to compare them to the audioengine 2a+ or b&w mm1?
It’s actually quite inexpensive in China. I just got the EGG for a little bit more than 200 dollars from KEF’s official shop on TMALL
If you think the Kef Egg sounds “glorious” then you haven’t heard much that’s out there, like you said, you’re not an audiophile. While it is pretty good it doesn’t merit that sort of hyperbole. Go to an audio show and listen to some genuinely high end products driven by quality ancillaries. Those Kefs will suddenly seem pretty mediocre.
The link in the description is invalid 🙁 Nice Video!
nice review dude
Your monitor looks INSANE! What brand/model is it, if you don’t mind?
try edifier s2000 pro and you will forget this Egg
This is a very good review, thank you for taking the time to do it. Any idea how it compares to Harman Kardon Soundsticks as that’s what I have now and not sure if it’s worth upgrading?
damn those are nasty
Very nice review.
there is actually two half’s of the egg so technically its one egg
I have a mac do you get any hiss from these speakers when there is no audio coming out of these?
