Cory says:

Looks like I need to buy another desk for all this shit. Please make a video for the best hidden speakers for us triple monitor stand people.

Chris D says:

Love when photo people who have no idea what they’re talking about try to talk audio. You can tell that he has no idea how to listen to or talk about audio. It’s honestly sad when i listen to photo people try to talk about microphones and speakers and they have no idea what’s going on. Photo people – please go listen to audio people regarding audio, just as we listen to you regarding photo questions. I’m not going to ask a Barber to install my home stereo or fix my car.

Beanca Pretorius says:

Thank you for great video! I have one question, regarding the third/last third set up. I would like to buy a pair and do a stereo setup with the sub. Is this possible with this Sony STRDH130 2 Channel Stereo Receiver?
Because it states 2 channel instead of a 2.1 set up?
Do you have a different receiver option for me or can you connect all three speakers, 2 speakers and the sub?

Jasper Lankhorst says:

TL DR; Don’t watch the video just move along,, why?

The video is suffering of sponsor biased research, only 1 brand, and no comparison.

Its very bad to just say THIS IS IT , you dont need anything. where is the research?
I can also just look up some speakers and say ignore them saying this is THE solution.
Pretty much not researched and feels allot like sponsoring for the POLK speakers.
I was actually trying to look up for some PC speakers, or normal Speakers, not to be commercialized into buying POLK speakers.

You'reBrotha Nigga says:

This is expensive you think $100 – $400 is a budget speakers? HA HA HA wrong title for this video! Even the PC Multimedia speakers less than $90 as long as its well made will sound good let me repeat you said computer speakers meaning Multimedia speakers. Just buy your PC a $60 – $100 speakers it is already good quality but read reviews first, PC MULTIMEDIA SPEAKERS.

The speakers mentioned in this video is not budget speakers for your computer.

warmfreeze says:

id still rather klipsch or mcintosh

Juan Salgado says:

Looks like a Polk Audio commercial

William G. Medina says:

My subwoofer, after over 10 years of use, finally crapped out on me. It’s a Harmon and Kardon desktop set. They’ve been really good to me over the years. Sorry to hear my subwoofer crap out on me. I think I’m gonna try to customize my next sound setup like you mentioned. I’m an artist, so I need a decent sound setup ya know? lol I likes my bass lol Thanks for making this video! 😀 Very informative, I’m excited to get started on this next project 🙂

Synthematix says:

Pair of Wharfedale diamond 9.1 and a sony ta636 amp here

expletiveGG says:

title adjustment: “what polk speakers i like”

Mr. Whiskaz says:

nice video

John Butner says:

I went ahead and bought an emotiva a-100 for $229 in the company website which included tax and shipping. Emotiva is great gear and it has an impressive headphone output which is ultimately the reason I bought it.

JustLikeGreta says:

This dude must get paid by Polk Cheapo Speaker Company. For the money maybe it’s ok but this stuff is def low end.

Synthematix says:

Any by the way, good speakers are supposed to sound flat. and using an AV amp for stereo music is a very bad idea.

Arjuna says:

The problem with speakers is that Diminishing Returns don’t play a role. Literally the more money you pay the better the audio will become. Untill you’ve listened to 3500€ (single monitor) speakers and never want to go back.

Jeremy W. says:

what a fucking idiot. This video is wrong on so many levels.

Mark Bernhardt says:

Polk T15 speakers sound terrible. The price point is just too low. My Kenwood bookshelf speakers I’ve been abusing since 1993 blow away the new Polks which I just bought. They’re going back and I am bad at returning anything to Amazon. If budget is the biggest concern go to facebook marketplace, or craigslist for used speakers instead.

Martin Godinez says:

The real winner are Logitech computer speakers with a subwoofer. Trust me. You won’t need an amplifier. For $100 you’ll have the best sound.. Amazon has a 2.1 Logitech computer system for about that price

Darryl Dee says:

These aren’t the Polks that we saw in the 1980s, oh no, these are mediocre consumer quality stuff and are not that great. Look how close the tweeter is mounted to the woofer there, it may look stylish but the driver magnets on these things are pretty small along with stamped cone baskets and no, your certainly not getting aluminum woofer cones or anything like that. The mounting brackets surrounding the drivers are all good ol’ plastic. These speakers are also rigged up to have lacking bass (lower than average) so they get you to buy a sub and the voices aren’t very clear so they get you to buy a center channel. And what’s up with this Sony receiver?? Don’t buy this shit.

Charles Hocker says:

you need to drink some water. otherwise, not bad at all.

mustache35 says:

who the hell would buy just one bookshelf speaker

Michael Noeldner says:

I know of a Yamaha receiver that’s only $2.00 more that sound better then that Sony.

kyle robinson says:

Is this a Polk commercial?

Champion says:

Wait I have to buy 2 of the Polk Audio T15?

steal threaded says:

pointless to have not got the crossover version of the miccas, it’s like a different speaker.

Anders Ljungberg says:

Unfortunately, will your wives say why should you have speakers that occupy half the desk area. you can not have small speakers or headphones on you instead ?

kamaboko1 says:

I’ve got to ask, just how big is your computer desk to host any of these honkin’ sized speakers? Computer speakers should be small and out of the way. Best choice IMO would be the Vanatoo Transparent Zero.
