Another simple turntable with a built in in Pre-Amp!!
Any idea of where or how I could replace or fix the cartridge or needle on this table? My kids broke the needle off of my Realistic LAB-330 Vinyl Turntable. Any help is greatly appreciated!
thanks for the discover of the melody : Fisherman’s Dream – Emerald
if you have a realistic 400 stylus can you still use it on this one?
I missed out on a RA xa turntable at a recycle electronics place.
and it was in operating condition at the time i did not know it was a classic historical TT
Sadly, even when setting it to a 33rpm setting my records are playing too slow. I have the pitch all the way up, and all my discs play just a touch too slow.
Actually, considering that it’s P Mount, I’d say this would be miles better than the AT-LP60. They track at 1.25g and accept any standard P Mount cart. Also, is the neon bulb burnt out in your strobe?
That’s a nice review – we have one from the 80’s. Thanks!
Thanks again for the beautiful table, will have to send you a video of its new home 🙂
Thanks for this video, I didn’t know about the built in preamp. The preamp on my Scott amp has a slight buzz, so i’ll try the built in, to see how that works out.
I also have a Realistic LAB-330 and it seems to have the same problem you mentioned about the switch. Can you show/explain how to get to that switch?
Thank you! I enjoyed making the Review of Realistic LAB-330 Vintage Vinyl Turntable.
I just picked one of these up on eBay! Thanks for this video. I’m a TT newbie, and it was very helpful!
